The Do Good Fund, Inc. offers visitors a unique opportunity to explore powerful photographic works that capture life in the American South. Founded in 2012, this Columbus‑based public charity has built a museum‑quality collection of photographs taken since World War II, showcasing both nationally recognized artists—including more than twenty Guggenheim Fellows—and compelling work by emerging Southern photographers.
Visitors can experience selections from the collection at the Do Good Fund Gallery, a welcoming space that makes these stories accessible to the public while supporting regional artists and community engagement. Through thoughtfully curated exhibitions and innovative programming, the Do Good Fund Gallery invites travelers to connect with the culture, history, and visual storytelling of the South in an intimate and inspiring setting.
