Hours of Operation
Normal Trail Hours: 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Some trails (“Finicky Trails” such as Swavey’s, Sky Shark, The Bug, Lickety Split, etc.) may remain closed longer after rain to prevent damage.
Operation Hours Notes
The trail system is subject to closure when very wet to preserve trail quality.
Parking pass required: $5/day or $100/year.
Class 1 e-bikes are allowed; Class 2/3 e-bikes are not allowed
During youth firearm hunts (quota hunts), trails are closed until 10 AM.

Standing Boy Trails (managed by Standing Boy, Inc.) is a ~30-mile natural-surface trail network in north Columbus, GA, built and maintained by a nonprofit. It offers trails for hiking, trail running, and mountain biking across a variety of difficulties—from easy “green” loops to technical “black” gravity trails.
