Located in the heart of historic Uptown Columbus, the RiverCenter for the Performing Arts is a premier destination for live entertainment along the scenic Chattahoochee River. As the centerpiece of the city’s arts and entertainment district, this striking venue brings three unique theaters together under one roof.

Visitors can enjoy world‑class performances in the 2,000‑seat Bill Heard Theatre, home of the Columbus Symphony Orchestra, experience intimate concerts and events in the elegant Legacy Hall, or attend innovative performances in the Studio Theater, a black‑box space used by the Columbus State University Schwob School of Music. Whether you’re catching a symphony, concert, or theatrical production, the RiverCenter offers an unforgettable cultural experience for visitors of all ages.

Guided tours are available with advanced notice. Volunteer docents describe the development of the RiverCenter, facts about its construction, and point out interesting areas. Guests would tour through the three theaters, based on their availability. To schedule a tour, please contact them at (706) 256-3620.
