When the founders opened the original Southern Roots Country Store and Cafe in Ladonia, Alabama, in 2019, they quickly realized the draw of their "Freak Shakes" - milkshakes with treats towering on top. The owners now share their signature "Freak Shakes" and Southern comfort food with visitors and locals in Columbus, Georgia, at their Uptown location.
