Our Military service men & women do so much for us & this Saturday Columbus is showing our appreciation with Boots on Broadway. This is a special day deigned to express thanks & gratitude to soldiers, but it also open to the public. There is lots of fun to be had including live music, tasty treats, a children’s family fin zone, corvette car show & more!
Uptown Columbus will provide 300 free BBQ lunches to the 1st 300 soldiers in uniform & their families. There will also be drawings throughout the day for military personnel, for the chance to win gift certificates, vacations & more! While you’re here, check out Arts on the River, a fine art show & sale starting at 11 AM. Paintings, photography, hand-thrown pottery, sculpture & live demonstrations will be showcased. It’s all free & it’s all in Uptown Columbus!
