Fresh Finds Ahead—New Weekly Farmers Market Coming to Downtown Pine Mountain

 

 

PINE MOUNTAIN, GA (APRIL 16, 2025) – Something fresh is sprouting in Pine Mountain. Beginning Saturday, May 3, 2025, a brand-new weekly Farmers Market will pop up in Historic Downtown Pine Mountain, inviting locals and visitors alike to shop fresh, support local, and savor the season.

 

Organized by Chipley Square, the market will take place every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the intersection of McDougald Avenue and Broad Street (149 McDougald Avenue).

 

Shoppers can expect a delightful mix of vendors featuring farm-fresh produce, homemade jams and baked goods, handcrafted creations, local honey, flowers, and more. The market is designed to celebrate the talents of farmers, bakers, crafters, and artisans from the region while building community spirit in the heart of Pine Mountain.

 

“We’re thrilled to support this new Farmers Market right here in downtown,” said Julia Keating, executive director of the Pine Mountain Tourism Association. “Not only does it offer fresh, local goods to our community, but it also gives visitors another great reason to spend their weekend in Pine Mountain.”

 

More than just a place to shop, the market is expected to be a community gathering spot where families, friends, and neighbors can enjoy good weather, great food, and small-town charm each weekend.

The Pine Mountain Tourism Association’s Visitor Center, located at 101 W. Broad Street in downtown Pine Mountain, is just a short walk from the market site.
