It's been a tough day. A very difficult Friday. I mean, I'm sitting here gazing out my office window knowing that it's in the upper 70's outside, the sun is shining, a breeze is blowing, there's a gorgeous weekend staring us in the face...and it's not quitting time yet!! Oh well, that gives me a bit more time to figure out how I'm going to fill up my schedule with weekend with all the fun stuff happening. And I love our weekends around here because there's always such a variety of things going on. I mean, where else can you find a show featuring hi-tech marionettes at RiverCenter, a Half Marathon in Uptown, a concert tonight and Saturday night in Uptown, a 5K and One Mile Fun Run in Midtown Columbus, a night under the stars with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra on the beach at Callaway Gardens tonight (what a way to kick off the weekend!), and one of my favorite things they do all year at Oxbow Meadows...Reptile Fest!!
