And you thought last weekend was full of holiday fun!  Just wait until this weekend in Columbus, GA!

Yep.  Last weekend was a non-stop, jammed-packed, something-going-on-every-minute-of-the-day blur of fun...but just wait until this weekend!  I know it's only Wednesday, but truly there is so much happening this weekend that if you don't start making plans now, it's just going to get out of control.  And getting out of control means nibbling on an extra piece of fudge, sausage ball, or sprinkly cookie, mugs of eggnog...well, you get the idea. So if we keep busy, we can avoid the holiday spread.

So put your weekend itinerary together and cram as many of these things in as possible.  One of the best Christmas movies ever, The Polar Express, is being shown in 3-D at the huge IMAX Theatre at Patriot Park; the Springer Opera House is presenting "A Christmas Carol: The Musical" and "A Tuna Christmas;" Langston Hughes' "Black Navitity" is at the Liberty Theatre Cultural Center; there's a Holiday Mini Camp at the National Infantry Museum; at the Civic Center it's "Disney Live! Presents Three Fairytales," the Bi-City Christmas Parade and the Reindeer Run are both taking place Saturday morning in Uptown; Fantasy in Lights is at Callaway Gardens, and Cantus Christmas 2013 at RiverCenter on Monday night.

And that's just the first 10 things I saw on the Event Calendar, so you might want to head there to see all the other things on the line-up this weekend!
