35 Days and Counting until Christmas!
No need to get into panic mode yet, but can you believe we’re about 35 days away from Christmas Day? And before I even ask the question, I’ll shame myself and answer– “Guilty…haven’t even made a list, much less bought any gifts yet!” Guess it’s time to get shopping, but instead of heading to the same old stores looking at the same types of gifts you bought last year, why not try something a little different and check out some of the amazing artwork at the Christmas Open House at the Gallery on 10th.
I popped in there the other day to look around and was astonished at the level of talent on display from artists here in Columbus and the area. Why can’t I have that kind of hand-eye-brain coordination? Oh well, at least I know what I like and can purchase a piece for someone special or to go in my own house. A bit of original art can change the look of an entire room and many of the pieces of art will be priced under $100. And make sure you register for the Gallery on 10th “Gift Basket of Art.” So take a few minutes to swing by the Open House this Sunday (Nov 22) from 2:00-4:00pm and they’re located at #9 10th Street, right before you get to Broadway.
