Springer, Columbus State University to Announce Game-Changing Partnership

 

 Columbus, GA--2.10.2016:  The Springer Opera House and Columbus State University are holding a joint press conference at CSU’s Riverside Theatre at 1 p.m. Thursday to announce a groundbreaking collaboration.

 “We have an announcement that we expect will have a national impact on the American theatre industry,” said Paul Pierce, artistic director of the Springer.

 CSU President Dr. Chris Markwood said that the partnership will “further launch Columbus into the national spotlight.”

 The scope and exact nature of the program they are announcing will be revealed at the press conference. There will be opportunities for photos, videos and interviews with officials from the Springer, CSU and other Columbus agencies with a stake in the partnership.
