Apr 8, 2026

Columbus, GA — The Autism Hope Center is excited to announce the 2026 Walk for Autism, Resource Fair, and Family Fun Day, taking place Saturday, April 25, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at The Park, Cascade Hills Church.

The event is held in recognition of Autism Awareness Month and aims to bring the community together in support of individuals and families affected by autism.

This year’s event combines the annual Walk for Autism with a Resource Fair and Family Fun Day, creating a welcoming space for families, caregivers, educators, and community members. Activities include: Resources, DJ, face painting, arts and crafts, Nerf games, and more

There are an estimated 4,000 individuals in the Chattahoochee Valley living with autism; the need for support has never been greater!

Funds raised will stay local and help the Autism Hope Center continue offering free services to families in the region.

Our Programs include:

  • Information and referral services
  • Trainings for parents and educators
  • Support groups
  • Teen social groups
  • First responder training
