Columbus, GA: Historic Columbus is holding its ninth annual River Raffle on Thursday, September 15, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., at the Mott House Terrace. This year’s event will feature a reverse raffle, with a $5,000 cash prize.
Local food provided by Chicken Salad Chick, Sapos Mexican Cocina and Bar, Epic, 11th and Bay, Wicked Hen, Country’s Barbeque, The Ice Cream Girl, and Southern Crawfish. There will be live entertainment by The Shelby Brothers and yard games with lots of prizes.
Tickets are $75 per person. The ticket includes one entry for the reverse raffle and to the party. Raffle ticket holders do not need to be present to win. Once again this year, you will be able to purchase additional raffle chances at the event only for $25 each. The tickets are available for purchase at the Rankin House, 1440 Second Avenue, or online at www.historiccolumbus.com. Attire for the event is casual.
Historic Columbus is grateful to our host, TSYS, for their support of this event and preservation efforts in our community. Entrance to the Mott House Terrace is located at the end of 14th Street. Off-street parking is available at the TSYS parking garage.
