Sun, December 8th
1850’s Tea Party: An afternoon tea party where guests will play parlor games, have light refreshments, and learn about society and culture in the 1850’s. There is limited space, and reservations are required by December 5th. The tea party will take place in the Kiser House from 1pm-4pm. Open to children ages 8-12. $25 per child.

Sat, December 14th
Frohe Weihnachten! Join us for our 1st Annual Christmas Celebration at Historic Westville in Columbus. Experience a German inspired Christmas, complete with traditional food and drink. There will be s'mores roasting, homemade gingerbread, and food trucks to satisfy anyone's Yuletide appetite. Be sure to visit Santa’s workshop which wouldn’t be complete without a visit from Santa. Children can stay warm while stories are told by the fireside, while parents stay warm with a cup of glühwein. Lastly, enjoy a luminous tour of Westville at night, as the village will be glowing with candles and oil lamps, along with our dressed interpreters.

Sun, December 15th
Ornament Making: You’ll have the chance to make your very own ornament. Available in the Kiser House, stations and volunteers will be available to create different styles.

Sat, December 21st
Join us for a fun filled afternoon of Christmas cheer! In the Kiser House we will build gingerbread houses, drink hot cocoa, and listen to Christmas music. It’s the perfect way to make family memories, while someone else cleans up the mess! 1pm-3pm
