Yep, take one look outside your window and it's no secret we've got gloomy, grey clouds and just enough rain to make your hair do unspeakable things. But you know what? That no longer ceases to matter when you realize the weekend is like a tiny light in the distance, with promises of shining brighter and getting closer with every tick of the second hand.
And there's plenty of stuff to look forward to doing this weekend, so it's never to early to start making some plans. I'd suggest kicking off your two-day hiatus with an early morning coffee from Iron Bank or Fountain City then a stroll along Broadway to see what sorts of treasures you can find at Market Days on Broadway. I promise you, it's some of the freshest fruits and veggies you'll find anywhere, not to mention other finds like art, crafts, jewelry...you name it. And if you see the stand with the beef empanadas, do yourself a favor and try one...just trust me!
