Go All Out Under the Sea!

Make sure that you mark your calendars and order tickets to the historic and beautiful Springer Opera House’s production of Hans Christian Anderson’s The Little Mermaid now through December 23! The music, acting, sets, and design will amaze and inspire you. And, of course, this is a production that is great for the whole family!
The Springer is a unique place to catch incredible theater productions. From its own description:
“The Springer Opera House is a non-for-profit professional theatre that produces 11 shows annually with some of the nation's most sought after talent from Los Angeles to New York. It is the home of the Springer Theatre Academy, the largest theatre training program for young adults in the Southeast. It is also the home of the Columbus chapter of the Georgia Film Academy. Built in 1871, the Springer is on the registry for National Historic Landmark and was named the State Theatre of Georgia by Governor Jimmy Carter in 1971.”
While you are there for the show, plan to walk among the Christmas lights on Broadway in Uptown Columbus. Grab some dinner at one of our amazing restaurants near the river.
