Columbus Convention & Visitors Bureau Establishes a Camera Ready Community

Governor Nathan Deal and the Georgia Film, Music & Digital Entertainment Office, a division of the Georgia Department of Economic Development, designated Columbus as a Camera Ready Community.

The Columbus Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) will now serve as the direct liaison with the Georgia Film, Music & Digital Entertainment Office as projects develop. Camera Ready is a designation put in place by the state to offer film and television production companies easier, faster and better access to local resources and information.

If you are a production company, please contact Shelby Guest at the Columbus CVB for assistance at (800) 999-1613.
